WasteProof AI is an independent enterprise zero-waste intelligence company from Hyderabad, India. We own the software, the evidence model, the ledger, the reconciliation engine and the reports. We do not make bins, trade material, run schemes, hold money or certify anyone.
What we are
A software company: the AI model, the evidence ledger, the reconciliation engine, the command centre and the reports are the company.
A witness: we record physical events — weighings and handovers — at the moment they happen.
Neutral: we do not profit from what we verify, and we say so in writing to every customer.
What we are not
A smart-bin manufacturer. Bins and scales are vendor-supplied, sourced or retrofitted — the evidence-capture layer, never the business.
A waste trader, a scheme operator or a credit generator.
An auditor or certifier. We produce evidence; independent firms assure it.
The rules we never break
Five rules, written down so that we cannot drift.
Every product, partnership and hire is checked against them. They are the reason a building, a recycler and a regulator can all rely on the same record.
Never make bins as a business
Hardware is a camera and a scale, bought only after revenue. A bin company sells containers; we sell the record of what left them.
Never buy or sell waste
The moment the notary trades the property, the stamp dies. We take no position in the material, ever.
Never hold the money
Where a corridor pays a collector, the payout moves through a licensed payment partner on our instruction — never through our accounts.
Never claim more than the evidence shows
Observed, attested and assumed stay forever separate. Verification is stated by level. When we cannot prove something, we say so.
Never be the auditor
We produce evidence; independent firms assure it. We are the customer of certifiers, not their competitor.
Independence
Neutral by design, disclosed by rule.
We do not operate schemes, trade recyclables, fulfil producer obligations or certify. Any related entity is disclosed, and records that involve one are flagged as such. A related-entities policy is published before any related entity exists.
EcoVeraZ: connected, separate
EcoVeraZ is an ESG reporting platform and a separate company. It is a channel partner and an optional export destination: sealed evidence flows to it one way, only with the customer's written consent. WasteProof AI stands on its own — independently understandable, independently run.
